The Cedar Park Apartments is an independent
seniors-only apartment community that offers a rich
lifestyle with affordable rents. Monthly rents are based
on the current area median income levels for King
County as established by the Washington State Housing
Finance Commission. Cedar Park Apartments has rents
of 50 percent and 60 percent of the area median gross
income (AMGI).

Qualifications:
one member must be at least 61 years or older by the end of the current calendar year or be disabled
and each member of the applicant’s household must be age 55 years
or older.
50 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $30,000
Two-person household = $34,250
60 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $36,000
Two-person household = $41,100
